Olivia Tebbs

Olivia’s been part of the Consult family for over 10 years, and we’re well aware of how lucky we are to have kept her this long.

Her journey with Consult says it all: she started as a Talent Finder, moved up to Talent Advisor, then Team Manager, then Recruitment Manager, and now sits as our Head of Recruitment leading the team with the same instincts that got her there: sharp, commercially switched-on, and just as invested in her team’s success as she is in her own. What better person to do it!

She’s also one of the few true born and bred Aucklanders at Consult. But she’s no stranger to a passport stamp, she loves to travel and Japan tops her list of favourite destinations so far.

Away from her desk, you’ll likely find her on the water or with her daughter. A self-confessed salty sea dog who grew up around boats, you’ll find her up in the Bay of Islands or out at Kawau every long weekend, holiday or spare sunny afternoon.
