Crispin Robertson
Crispin has extensive experience in recruitment. Falling into it back in the 90s, he began in-house, recruiting all levels of roles in the UK and Netherlands before settling in New Zealand in 2010. His experience spans across a range of large corporates, including recruiting for ASB, Vodafone, Deloitte & Capgemini, to name a few.
Now one of our most senior recruiters, Crispin made the move to Consult in 2013 and currently manages a star team recruiting in the permanent Accounting & Finance space. And when he’s not offloading knowledge to his awesome team or helping clients find their next crucial addition, he can often be seen pacing around the Consult kitchen, earnestly imparting interview techniques over the phone (by often, we mean every day).
Crispin truly provides an enormous amount of value to all his clients and candidates through being extremely knowledgeable in Accounting & Finance recruitment and, most importantly, by treating everyone with kindness, respect and integrity. He really is one of the good ones!
Outside of recruitment, Crispin is a massive family man and loves spending time with his kids. He also enjoys getting outdoors, working on his garden, and coaching & supporting the mighty Birkenhead United football team.
If you’re looking for your next permanent move within the Senior Commercial Accounting & Finance space or for that unique superstar to join your business, give Crispin a call.
