Andy Hickey

Andy has called Auckland home since 2008 when he arrived for what was meant to be a six-month working holiday from his native Ireland.

Having started his career in finance, working for global investment banks and boutique fund managers in Auckland & Dublin, Andy took his first step into recruitment in 2014 when he joined a leading international recruitment firm in Auckland.

Andy quickly carved a reputation for being one of NZ’s hardest working recruiters, specialising in mid to senior-level Accounting and Finance roles.

Andy is sport mad, he will watch and/or play just about anything (when he’s not injured!) – especially if it’s football or a [casual] marathon.

When Andy isn’t out running the streets or attempting to re-capture his glory days on the football pitch, he can be found spending time with his wife or running around after his two kids Sophie and Liam.
