Noria’s career journey is a testament to her love for evolution. After a decade as an Executive Assistant across Paris and Auckland, she transitioned into change management and business transformation. She is at her best in shifting environments, fueled by a genuine passion for seeing organisations and individuals improve and grow. Having worked across diverse sectors including Banking, Insurance, Tech, FMCG, and Logistics, she possesses a broad commercial lens that she applies to every search.
Now a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Consult, Noria focuses on Change and Transformation roles. Because she has lived the work herself, she brings rare firsthand experience to the recruitment process, ensuring she finds the right people for the most complex shifts. Noria is also a certified life coach, dedicated to supporting women through life transitions and personal reinvention.
