Natalie has over 13 years of recruitment experience, compassion, and a proven track record of success to every partnership. Having been part of award-winning teams and previously leading as Head of IT Talent Acquisition, she has built deep expertise across technology recruitment while partnering with a diverse portfolio of clients spanning insurance, banking and financial services, telco, utilities, and consulting.
Outside of work, Natalie is passionate about boating, fitness, nutrition and she loves spending quality time with her family and dog (Lottie the Mini Schnauzer). She’s also up there as one of Consult’s most well-travelled!
