If Anthony isn’t talking about Professional Services recruitment, there’s a good chance he’s talking about basketball. He approaches recruitment a bit like building a basketball team: technical ability matters, but the right fit, chemistry and long-term potential are just as important. Safe to say, Anthony’s a team player!

Anthony specialises in recruiting across New Zealand’s Professional Services market, covering areas including BAS, audit, tax, risk, corporate finance, restructuring and other advisory disciplines. He enjoys understanding what really matters to candidates, whether that’s career progression, better leadership, stronger client exposure or a pathway to Partnership, and matching them with firms where they’ll genuinely thrive.

Anthony works closely alongside Harry, our Head of Professional Services. Together, they partner with accounting and advisory firms across New Zealand, combining market knowledge, strong industry relationships and a collaborative approach to help both candidates and clients achieve the right long-term outcome.

Outside work, basketball is a major interest and probably takes up more of Anthony’s attention than he would like to admit. Whether it’s careers, hiring, team-building or debating basketball, Anthony is always happy to have a conversation.
