About the Role

This senior role sits within a high-performing transaction advisory team, providing exposure to some of New Zealand’s most high-profile deals. You will play a pivotal role in delivering commercially sound advice, shaping strategic outcomes for clients, and contributing to business growth, while developing your career in a collaborative, market-leading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage transaction advisory engagements from planning to delivery
• Advise clients on complex strategic, commercial, and investment decisions
• Analyse financial and commercial issues to develop clear, actionable insights
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

• Proven experience in transaction services, M&A, or financial due diligence
• CA or equivalent finance or business qualification
• Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly analytical with strong commercial judgement
• Collaborative, client-focused mindset with high professional standards
• Ability to translate complex issues into practical solutions
