Contract Senior Change Manager



• 12-month contract Senior Change Manager
• To start 1st July

This role plays a pivotal part in embedding a newly developed change framework across a dynamic Product & Digital environment. Supporting a broad pipeline of initiatives, you will integrate change into delivery, driving adoption across both people and technology transformations, including digital, AI, and automation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and embed structured change approaches across multiple digital initiatives
• Partner with delivery teams and stakeholders to integrate change into project lifecycles
• Design and deliver engagement, communication, and adoption strategies
• Support leaders to act as effective and visible change sponsors
• Monitor adoption, readiness, and outcomes, continuously improving change practices

Key Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in change management within complex or transformational environments
• Strong knowledge of structured change frameworks and scalable methodologies
• Ability to work across both people and technical change initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
• Experience working in agile or iterative delivery environments
• Strong adaptability, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Demonstrated capability in supporting leadership and driving adoption outcomes
