About the Role:

This hands-on Solutions Engineer role blends architecture, delivery, and leadership, focused on modern workplace technologies. You will design and implement scalable solutions across cloud, identity, and endpoint environments, while guiding engineers and engaging directly with clients to solve complex challenges and drive technology outcomes aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver secure, scalable solutions across Microsoft cloud and modern workplace environments
• Lead technical delivery, supporting deployments, troubleshooting, and complex escalations
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to engineers, fostering capability growth and collaboration
• Engage with clients to understand requirements, run workshops, and present solution designs
• Drive continuous improvement through standardisation, innovation, and adoption of emerging technologies

Key Skills and Experience:

• Strong expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, and endpoint management technologies preferred
• Proven experience delivering modern workplace or cloud-based solutions in a client-facing environment a plus
• Solid understanding of security best practices, networking fundamentals, and hybrid environments
• Experience with device management platforms (e.g. Intune, Jamf or equivalent)
• Ability to lead, mentor, and influence technical teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capability
• Experience within a managed services or consultancy environment highly desirable
