About the Role: 
Partnering directly with the CEO and the wider business, you’ll also take ownership of the day-to-day finance and help the business make great commercial decisions and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate month-end management accounts, variance analysis, and board reports.
• Provide robust financial insights to leadership to drive commercial profitability.
• Manage cash flow forecasts, working capital, and key commercial banking relationships.
• Improve core financial systems, reporting tools, and internal governance processes.
• Partner with business unit leaders to uplift overall commercial capability.
• Support business aquistions.

  
So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

• Ideally CA or CPA qualified with strong technical accounting expertise.
• Proficient in modern cloud ERP systems and advanced Excel modelling.
• Articulate communicator who influences cross-functional stakeholders and senior executives.
• Commercially astute professional with a proactive, hands-on problem-solving approach.
• Collaborative team player who embodies accountability, integrity, and workplace balance.
