About the Company

This high-profile, established, large property developer is more known for the service than being an active developer. They have recently been acquired and have been given the green light to ramp up their development pipeline across new and existing sites.

Their projects tend to be large ($50 million plus) and their pipeline spans many years.

About the Role

Drive the financial viability of a massive, staged property development pipeline. Reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with the development team. You mainly focus on developing feasibility studies;

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop financial feasibility models for large-scale multi-million dollar asset acquisitions.
  • Deliver comprehensive cash flow forecasts and commercial metrics
  • Partner with Development Managers to produce accurate monthly performance reports.
  • Drive continuous process improvement across the corporate development finance function.

What are they looking for?

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or property valuation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel financial modelling expert with analytical capabilities.
  • Desirable professional membership designation such as a CA, CFA or Valuation Qualifitions.
  • Strategic thinker with solid exposure to complex real estate development structures.
