Zoe Lynch

Originally from Ireland, Zoe started her career in Retail while completing a Business Degree. It wasn’t long before she found her niche (recruitment) and hasn’t looked back since. Moving into a Sales Recruitment role, Zoe’s had the privilege of working with a range of roles, including Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, Commercial Sales Managers, and many more.

Luckily for us, Zoe decided to make the move over to NZ in 2023 and is now working as a Consultant within our Sales and Marketing team. An absolute superstar recruiter, she is dedicated to providing a seamless and personalised experience to help her clients and candidates reach their goals.

She takes pride in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, which has resulted in successful placements across various industries. Some of these include Pharma, Engineering, Automotive, Financial Services, Construction and Retail.

In her spare time, Zoe loves to travel, explore cool new places (which are in abundance over here; maybe we’re biased, though!) and go on walks with her dog Storm.
