Originally from the United States, Kristen made the leap across the globe to New Zealand – trading in corporate America and global investment banking firms. She has always been passionate about people and was glad to jump into recruiting, never looking back. Lucky for us as she is now Consult’s one and only American import!

Bringing a wealth of recruitment experience in financial services, Kristen has made it her mission to inject a true “white-glove service” into the industry. This means candidates and clients get premium tailored care.

When clocking out for the day she jumps into the greatest logistical challenge: twin boys. This daily double-act perfectly explains Kristen’s other survival mechanisms: travel, running, and a fiercely loyal relationship with coffee. Literally running. Sometimes it’s for fitness on beautiful Kiwi trails, and sometimes it’s just to get a five-minute head start on the twins. Fueled by enough caffeine to power a small village, Kristen approaches both life and career with boundless energy, endurance, and a steady supply of chocolate.
