Caileen Cinnamon
Like many of the team here at Consult, Caileen’s career started in London, where she worked as a back office settlements clerk for a small finance company. Luckily for us though, after living the fast-paced London life, Caileen found her way to New Zealand (a great choice, by the way), where life has continued to be extremely busy. From being a stay-at-home mum, a sales consultant, an administrator and a customer service consultant – Caileen has done it all!
But where does recruitment come into play? Well, Caileen loves working with people, always bringing empathy and a strong desire to build lasting relationships, so a job in recruitment was the perfect fit. Her first intro to recruitment was actually as an in-house recruiter, assisting the HR Business Partner at Freedom, before moving into a Recruitment Administrator role in 2022. But after a few years of in-house recruiting, it was only right that we pulled her from the dark side (in-house recruitment) to our Consult fam, where she recruits in our Accounting & Finance team.
Outside of recruitment, when Caileen isn’t being super-mum to her two kids or finding people their next dream job, you’ll find her in the gym, travelling around beautiful New Zealand or reading a good book.
Now specialising in recruiting for contracting roles within the Accounting and Finance space, if you are on the hunt for your next role, reach out to Caileen – she’s the best in the biz!
