Bhavleen Kaur

Bhavleen has over 12 years’ experience in tech, and has worked in different domains with international clients based in India, Canada, and the UK. As a true techie, she’s always drawn into conversation about new technology (ask her about anything emerging and she’ll happily go down the rabbit hole with you).

Bhavleen recently made the move to New Zealand, and is currently studying towards a postgraduate qualification in Project Management as she works towards a shift into technical management. In the meantime, she’s part of the Consult team part-time, being a rock star helping find tech talent in a market where demand for T-skilled candidates keeps climbing.

She never expected to end up on the recruitment side of the industry, but we quote from her directly “I am loving this job.” (+ she has great talent for it, we say!!!). Alongside tech pooling, she also keeps our candidate and contact database in order, making sure every detail is accurate and up to date (very important job!).

Outside work, Bhavleen’s day isn’t complete without talking with her family, some music, and a good cup of tea… which, by her own admission, can make her quite the chatter. If she’s not at her desk studying or working for us, she’s most likely jogging, watching Netflix, relaxing or planning a trip (she claims she is more of a mountain person).
