Senior .Net Developer



About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an autonomous and proactive Senior .NET Engineer to drive the next generation of cloud-native and AI-driven initiatives. In this role, you will be at the forefront of modern engineering, designing scalable microservices and embedding AI-assisted tools across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).This position focuses on end-to-end technical ownership—offering the chance to experiment with emerging technologies, question standard norms, and deliver highly reliable, intelligent systems within a complex, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deliver secure, scalable cloud-native .NET microservices.
• Build and maintain resilient workflow orchestration systems (e.g., Temporal or similar) to support complex, AI-driven business initiatives.
• Use AI-assisted tools across the SDLC (including coding, testing, documentation, and CI/CD automation) while applying robust guardrail patterns to ensure safety and quality.
• Contribute actively across the full lifecycle, from initial solution design through to implementation and ongoing production support.
• Ensure top-tier system reliability and observability, implementing practical privacy and security controls appropriate for a regulated ecosystem.
• Partner closely with architects, QA, and business SMEs to iterate quickly, solve complex challenges, and continuously improve delivery practice

Key Skills and Experience

• Solid experience (typically 8 years) with C#/.NET and cloud‑native development.
• An autonomous, proactive mindset that questions norms and suggests better ways of working.
• A strong willingness to adopt and leverage AI tools to enhance speed and quality.
• Experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Infrastructure as code exposure
• Prior Regulated environments experience
