Finance Manager (12 Month Maternity Cover)

Their Finance Manager will be leaving for 12 months Maternity leave from August
About the Role: Working closely with their FC and 2 other accountants, you will focus on core accounting; your main focus will be;

• Supervise two accounting professionals to drive team growth and performance.
• Deliver accurate month-end work papers and analytical management commentary.
• Coordinate the annual OPEX budgeting and wash-up process efficiently.
• Manage daily treasury workflows, cash flow forecasting, and loan drawdowns.
• Review tax workflows, GST filings, and complex asset transactions.

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

You’ll be a great communicator, a qualified accountant (CA or similar), a background in Audit or FS is ideal for this role. 

You’ll need to have the smarts to get your head around complex transactions and accounting standards, as this is a listed business with a large asset base.

This role could suit someone coming straight out of a CA firm in a more senior role, a working holiday visa or someone who is looking for their first Finance Manager role and has a few years post-qualified experience. This business will look great on your CV!
