About the Role

This role plays a key role in supporting the finance function through the effective coordination of payroll, financial administration, and company secretarial activities. Reporting to the GM Finance, this position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and financial tasks, maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory requirements, and providing high-quality administrative support across the organisation. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound organisational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll journals, expenses, and employee queries
  • Provide financial administration support across payroll, accounts, and wider finance functions
  • Coordinate Board and Committee administration, including agendas, minutes, meeting logistics, and action tracking
  • Maintain governance records, statutory documentation, policies, and confidential information
  • Support compliance, shareholder meeting activities, audits, and governance best-practice processes
  • Contribute to process improvements, systems enhancements, documentation management, and ad hoc projects.

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll operations and statutory filings
  • Competent user of NetSuite ERP or modern cloud payroll systems
  • Exceptional communicator comfortable liaising with Board Directors and Executives
  • Highly organised administrator with sharp attention to financial detail
  • Trustworthy professional who maintains strict discretion with sensitive data.
