About the Role

Step into a pivotal leadership role as Manager with strong direct reports. You will own the numbers and drive key finance transformation projects including new systems review/implementation. Based in the CBD with hybrid work from home flexibility, this position offers excellent career impact as you mentor an established team and elevate financial integrity across a complex corporate landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver fully compliant financial reports across all group entities.
• Lead end-to-end external audit processes and manage key auditor relationships.
• Provide technical finance advice on new corporate deals and projects.
• Oversee tax compliance obligations and deliver expert business tax advice. (They already have tax specialists in house)
• Drive finance change projects, systems upgrades, and chart of accounts refresh

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

• Hold a CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA status with large complex Group reporting, ideally with Financial Services
• Demonstrate deep expertise in IFRS rules and corporate tax matters.
• Lead and coach established teams with a collaborative mentor style.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills and adapt to new finance systems.
• Communicate complex financial data clearly to diverse senior business leaders.
