Senior Treasury Manager- Funding



The Opportunity
Our client is a fast-growing, privately-owned specialist lender with a high-performance culture. To support their expanding ANZ portfolio, they are creating a new role.
Acting as the key analytical powerhouse for the Group, you will optimise funding structures, execute term securitisation, and provide the insights driving critical funding, liquidity, and capital decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Execution: Lead securitisation transactions, term-outs, and facility renewals/extensions across NZ and AU.
• Funder & Legal Management: Manage relationships with bank funders and debt investors; lead external legal counsel through complex documentation processes.
• Funding Analytics: Analyse cost of funds drivers, optimise structure efficiency (pricing, advance rates), and deliver actionable insights to ALCO and the Board.
• Risk & Governance: Ensure robust risk management adhering to the three lines of defense model.

About You

• Experience: 3-10 years in Corporate Treasury, Corporate Banking, or Structured Finance.
• Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, or Law (LLB) preferred.
• Technical Capability: Strong financial modeling skills and experience interpreting complex funding structures.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional presentation and influencing skills; comfortable working autonomously and engaging with senior leadership.
