Senior Delivery Lead



We are seeking a heavy hitting Senior Delivery Lead who can navigate a complex regulatory programme of work. Our client sits within the financial services industry so a background in banking, insurance or financial services working across regulatory or compliance projects would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory and compliance initiatives.
• Drive senior stakeholder engagement across risk, legal, and operational divisions.
• Manage complex project budgets, resource allocations, and critical milestone tracking.
• Mitigate delivery risks and resolve governance bottlenecks across business units.
• Implement robust framework improvements to ensure long-term regulatory compliance.

About you:

• Proven delivery background within banking, insurance, or broader financial services.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance structures, and governance models.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence executive and C-suite stakeholders.
• Sharp commercial acumen with advanced risk management and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant project management certifications or equivalent enterprise delivery experience
