Key Responsibilities:

• Update commercial forecasting models to feed into consolidated business plans
• Run targeted market and industry research supporting critical transaction decisions
• Produce comprehensive internal, investor, and corporate board reporting documentation
• Peer review financial models to ensure structural and analytical accuracy
• Engage with operational property teams to finalise alternative asset strategies.

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?
  
This role will suit someone who is degree-qualified, with some finance or analysis experience. You will have a passion for data and how insightful analysis can support better decision-making. 

• 0-2 years’ experience in corporate finance, banking, property or fund management 
• Tertiary qualification in finance, property economics, or accounting is essential
• Proven analytical capability gained through internships or early career exposure
• Experience with financial modelling, ideally with foundational exposure to DCF valuation techniques
• Confident communicator and perceptive with strong listening skills.
