About the Role

Drive system enhancements and accounting capabilities across enterprise-wide finance operations. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver finance system enablement initiatives aligned with corporate strategy roadmaps.
• Optimize Workday and Adaptive Planning configurations to streamline complex financial workflows.
• Advise senior leadership on process enhancements, technical accounting, and system updates.
• Implement robust controls and technical accounting treatments for corporate system enhancements.
• Mentor junior team members to build technical system and finance capabilities.

This role is ideal for a Workday and Adaptive Planning specialist who is passionate about optimizing finance systems.

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile.

You are a CA/CPA/ACCA qualified finance professional with a strong accounting background. You possess deep expertise in enterprise financial systems, specifically demonstrated through hands-on experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning. An exceptional communicator, you comfortably engage executive stakeholders, simplify technical concepts, and pivot between detailed system execution and overarching strategy.
