We’re looking for a Head of Enterprise Risk to lead from the front, elevate non-financial risk, and help build a safer, smarter, and far more resilient organisation.
 
About the Role
As the ultimate steward of the Enterprise & Operational Risk Management Frameworks, you’ll sit right at the heart of the business. You’ll convert high-level strategy into sharp, real-world guardrails and bring actionable risk insights straight to the Executive and Board tables.
You’ll design modern risk frameworks, but more importantly, you’ll get people to actually trust, use, and love them.
 
Key Responsibilities 

• Frameworks people actually use: Executive and Board decisions are actively guided by your frameworks—not held back by them.
• Crystal ball insights: Reporting is sharp, forward-looking, and drives action before problems happen.
• Credibility over dynamic friction: Line 2 oversight that is valued, respected, and welcomed into the room.
• High confidence: Group stakeholders and regulators sleeping soundly at night, knowing risk is in safe hands.

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

• The Track Record: Experienced enterprise & operational risk leader who has operated at (or near) the Exec level in complex, regulated spaces.
• The Boardroom Presence: You speak human, tell a compelling story with data, and aren’t afraid to bring constructive, balanced challenge to senior leaders.
• The Leadership Style: Unapologetically authentic, courageous, and practical. You know how to take complex Group expectations and translate them into simple, common-sense execution.
