This NZX-listed business has grown significantly over recent years and now holds the biggest market share in their industry. Providing a number of services to their large customer base including retail, healthcare and other services. What are we looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Group Finance Manager to work in this high performing NZX listed business. This newly created role will be critical in ensuring financial information provided to the Group is of the highest quality. Key elements of the role include the accurate and timely delivery of monthly, half-year and annual financial reporting, monthly treasury processes, tax compliance, insurance and budgeting and forecasting. Key stakeholders will include the GM, Head of Finance, CFO, Group Financial Controller, other divisional Finance Managers as well as the rest of SLT.
We are looking for a technically strong, ideally Big 4 trained CA/CPA qualified accountant who is detailed and results focused. It may also be a great step for someone looking to step into a Finance Manager role for the first time. The role will also be responsible for managing 1 Group Assistant Accountant so we will require someone who thrives in a high-performance culture of learning, improvement and innovation.
Do you have what it takes?
To be considered for this role we are looking for a technically competent CA/CPA qualified accountant, Big 4 trained or commercially trained with complex group structure experience. We will consider candidates coming directly from industry or those coming from the Big 4 at Manager level and above. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure in a large listed environment with plenty of scope for progression so this really is an opportunity not to be missed.
