About the Role

This is a varied, fast-paced Executive Assistant role supporting the owner and family. You’ll work closely with a generous, values-led family in a high-trust environment, providing seamless support across both business and personal affairs. If you’re tech-savvy, organised, and thrive on variety, this role offers real scope to add value. Key responsibilities, but not limited to, include:

  • Manage and draft emails, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Coordinate complex diaries, meetings, and appointments across global time zones.
  • Arrange extensive international travel and family holidays with precision.
  • Handle rental enquiries, bookings, and logistics for a global portfolio of family-owned properties.
  • Organise online and personal shopping on behalf of the owner.
  • Meet and greet visitors.
  • Working with the Accountant, processing invoices and managing expenses.
  • Liaise with on-site property caretakers and staff to support day-to-day operations.

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

  • Experienced Executive Assistant with a track record supporting senior leaders or private individuals.
    Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable juggling a broad range of tasks.
  • Discreet and trustworthy, with sound judgment and respect for confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise confidently with diverse stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about introducing smarter systems and tools.
  • Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable managing both professional and personal tasks with care and sensitivity.
