BAS Manager to Senior Manager



About the Role:

This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced BAS professional to drive business transformation for a diverse client base. You’ll work autonomously, lead teams, and provide strategic insights that fuel sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver strategic advisory and structuring solutions to clients, ensuring technical excellence and practical impact.
• Conduct high-level reviews of financial and tax-related deliverables prior to partner sign-off.
• Mentor and manage team members, fostering capability development and technical growth.
• Identify client issues proactively and present commercially viable solutions.
• Build strong relationships internally and externally to elevate both personal and firm brand presence.

Key Skills and Experience:

• CA qualified with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5 years of experience in Business Advisory Services, with proven exposure to complex client portfolios.
• Strong technical proficiency across tax, depreciation, trust distributions, FBT, and group structuring.
• Proficiency in MYOB, Xero, and Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical thinker with commercial acumen and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities.
