Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and integration of a new LMS and automation of back-office functions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that include stakeholder engagement, communication, and training programs.
- Collaborate closely with IT and administrative teams to ensure smooth deployment and functionality of new systems.
- Monitor and report on the progress of the digitalisation project, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve project goals.
- Demonstrated experience in change management, particularly in digital transformation projects within the healthcare or related sectors.
- Strong leadership and project management skills to handle complex transitions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage change in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and back-office automation tools would be a plus.
