A prominent player in the healthcare sector is looking for a Change Manager to join their team based in Auckland CBD. We are seeking a proactive Change Manager for a 6-month fixed term contract. This role focuses on leading the digitalisation of back-office processes and managing the transition of roles impacted by new Learning Management Systems (LMS). Your strategic insight and leadership will be key in navigating this transformative period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and integration of a new LMS and automation of back-office functions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that include stakeholder engagement, communication, and training programs.
• Collaborate closely with IT and administrative teams to ensure smooth deployment and functionality of new systems.
• Monitor and report on the progress of the digitalisation project, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve project goals.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in change management, particularly in digital transformation projects within the healthcare or related sectors.
• Strong leadership and project management skills to handle complex transitions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage change in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and back-office automation tools would be a plus.
