We are seeking a dynamic Change Manager for an 18-month fixed term contract based in Auckland CBD. This role is crucial in driving the adoption of new technologies and processes across the healthcare supply chain, enhancing efficiency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage change strategies to integrate advanced systems.
• Educate and train healthcare staff on new technologies and processes to ensure smooth adoption and compliance.
• Provide ongoing support and leadership to ensure the success of the change initiatives within the healthcare setting.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in change management, preferably within the healthcare or logistics sectors.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and technology integration would be a plus. 
• Exceptional training and educational skills to promote new systems and practices effectively.
• Ability to manage complex projects and navigate challenging program environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team.
