It’s official – we’re proud to announce that we have joined the global network of Certified B Corporations!
Firstly, what is B Corp?
They are businesses that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose.
In a nutshell, it’s a global network of businesses striving for a better way to do business for their workers, the community and the planet.
What does this mean?
As a B Corp, we’re stoked to be part of a global community of businesses that meet B Corp’s high standards. This certification isn’t merely about our agency’s practices but rather about a commitment to our community that we are dedicated to more than just business success.
This means every partnership and placement we make is a step towards a more inclusive, sustainable future, reflecting shared values and goals that extend far beyond the recruitment industry.
How did we become certified?
The path to B Corp certification was a bit of a long journey for us here at Consult. It was a deliberate journey of transformation and commitment to (quite frankly) tough & rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
This required evaluating and evolving our business processes to ensure they align with and actively promote a sustainable and equitable business landscape.
The path ahead
Looking ahead, we’re thrilled to be part of the B Corp community, where we will continue to evolve and adapt in order to bring positive change to the community and planet.
