Olivia H is the poster girl for our Graduate Recruitment Programme. She started out as a Talent Finder and smashed her learning and goals, so was promoted to a Talent Advisor with record speed. Now she is a Team Manager – which means she is now a role model for all those graduate recruiters following in her steps!

One of the few that is Auckland born and bred, she is the proud owner of a flash new house (and cat!).  Don’t get the impression she’s never ventured beyond the borders of the 09 though – she loves to travel and Japan tops her list of favourite destinations so far.

Olivia’s also quite the salty sea dog, having grown up messing around on boats. You’ll find her up in the Bay of Islands or out at Kawau every long weekend, holiday or spare sunny afternoon.
