Senior Business Analyst

About the Role:
This contract role focuses on embedding and delivering business-led change following a completed design phase. You will work closely with stakeholders to operationalise agreed standards, ensuring successful adoption and alignment across the organisation through practical, business-focused implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to implement agreed frameworks and standards across local operations
• Translate high-level designs into actionable business processes and ways of working
• Facilitate workshops and drive stakeholder alignment to support adoption of change
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, ensuring smooth delivery outcomes
• Support continuous improvement through feedback loops and business engagement

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in large-scale business change programmes
• Strong business-facing capability with a focus on operational implementation
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into practical business outcomes
• Experience working with global standards and local adoption is highly advantageous
• Strong facilitation, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments
