This six-month contract positions you at the helm of a major customer experience modernisation where you will define product vision, manage feature backlogs, and bridge contact centre operations with technical squads. • Define product vision to align delivery with organisational objectives.
• Represent contact centre operations to solve customer pain points.
• Prioritize feature backlogs based on value, risk, and compliance.
• Translate business needs into actionable epics and user stories.
• Validate delivered features to ensure quality standards and benefits.

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

• Proven Product Owner background across complex Salesforce delivery environments.
• Practical knowledge of contact centre operations and customer journeys a plus
• Deep experience in financial services, banking, or insurance sectors beneficial but not essential
• Strong Agile delivery capability across backlog and roadmap management.
• Collaborative communicator skilled at engaging senior enterprise business stakeholders.
