We are excited to present a unique opportunity for an experienced Product Owner/Lead to join a well-established and respected brand. This position is central to a significant transformation initiative, focusing on integration including across microservices and API integration.
The Product Owner/Lead will be instrumental in overseeing and directing product development and integration strategies within an enterprise-level environment. A background in banking, insurance or financial services would be a huge benefit for this position. This role demands a proactive leader adept at navigating complex business and technology landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of microservices and API to improve product functionality and user interaction.
- Drive the team’s performance from conceptual stages through to delivery, ensuring a seamless transition at each phase.
- Maintain active engagement with stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements and deliver insightful feedback.
- Coordinate closely with engineers and architects to outline and execute delivery features and success criteria.
- Conduct robust user research, preferably using the Jobs-To-Be-Done framework, to tailor products to customer needs.
- Proven background as a Product Owner or Lead, with substantial experience in banking or financial services.
- Expertise in technical business analysis and product management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Strong strategic thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of integration, including ideally microservices, and API integration.
