Leading International mid-tier firm with a solid presence seeking an experienced Part-Time Assistant Accountant to join their growing team in Central Auckland.
This role will be approx. 10-16 hours per week
- Creditors processing i.e. managing of Creditors including entering of invoices into Xero, monthly disbursements etc.
- Payroll data collation
- Xero maintenance
- General invoicing including invoices for Tenants and associated queries.
- Trust Account administration
- Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations.
- Previous experience working in a similar Assistant Accountant role
- Intermediate MS Office (especially Excel) skills
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience managing and building team relationships is essential
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in communicating across a diverse range of clients/seniority.
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
