About the Role

This role partners closely with operational and commercial leaders to drive financial performance and strategic outcomes. You will provide meaningful insights, lead financial modelling, and influence decision-making across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver actionable financial insights to support strategic decisions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews
• Partner with business leaders to improve cost control and margins
• Develop robust financial models and business cases
• Evaluate new opportunities, pricing strategies, and contracts

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

You are a CA (or equivalent) qualified finance professional with over five years’ experience in commercial or management accounting. You will bring strong business partnering capability and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders. You possess advanced financial modelling and Excel skills, paired with excellent communication and a sharp analytical mindset.

Detail-oriented and proactive, you build trusted relationships and approach challenges with curiosity and initiative. You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and you enjoy adding value in a pro-active way.
