About the Role

Join a high-performing group finance team managing end-to-end Accounts Payable for NZ, US, and UK entities. Offering $70-75k, this role provides key exposure across global payment cycles, cashflow coordination, and ledger management. Key Responsibilities

• Execute multi-market NZ, US, and UK payment runs accurately
• Process high-volume global supplier invoices via D365 and ExFlow
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve ledger exceptions promptly
• Maintain vendor master data and uphold tax compliance standards
• Coordinate cashflow needs with Treasury to secure timely funding

• Proven background handling end-to-end multi-entity Accounts Payable processing
• Hands-on experience with large ERP’s / workflow platforms
• High attention to detail while comfortably managing high transaction volumes
• Agile mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and calm composure
• Positive, team-first attitude with exceptional communication and stakeholder skills
