About the Role
Drive international payment processing and ledger integrity within a fast-paced finance team. You will own the US and UK payment cycles while supporting local NZ operations, ensuring commercial controls remain robust. Key Responsibilities
- Execute complex NZ and international payment cycles across multiple bank platforms
- Process multi-market invoices accurately using D365 and automated capture tools
- Resolve high-level invoice exceptions by engaging with global department heads
- Reconcile vendor statements and manage master data to ensure ledger integrity
- Drive process improvements to enhance payment speed and internal control frameworks.
So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?
- Proven expertise in end-to-end Accounts Payable, ideally from within multi-entity environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar large-scale ERPs
- Strong investigative skills for complex reconciliations and aged item resolution
- Excellent communication skills to manage diverse internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem solving.
