About the Role Drive their digital transformation by bridging the gap between business strategy and technology. You will own the evolution of customer portals and CRM platforms, ensuring technical solutions deliver real commercial value. 

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the digital transformation roadmap across portals and CRM platforms.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops to define actionable business needs.
• Document current and future-state processes with a customer-centric focus.
• Collaborate with architects to design scalable Salesforce and NetSuite integrations.
• Support User Acceptance Testing to ensure seamless digital solution delivery.

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

• Solid Business Analyst with proven end-to-end ERP implementation experience.
• Exceptional communicator skilled at building relationships with diverse customers.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms is highly regarded.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, or Technology.
