About the Role:
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a high-performing team on an initial 6-month contract. Based in Auckland with hybrid working available, this role will see you partnering closely with stakeholders and development teams to gather, analyse, and document detailed business and system requirements across key technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements across business and technology projects
• Translate complex business needs into clear, comprehensive technical requirements and user stories
• Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood, implemented, and validated effectively
• Manage and support the end-to-end requirements lifecycle from discovery through to delivery
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to drive alignment across technical and business teams

Key Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within complex enterprise environments
• Strong capability in gathering, analysing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience working collaboratively with development teams across delivery lifecycles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical stakeholders
• Solid understanding of end-to-end requirements management and delivery processes
• Exposure to CRM systems would be highly advantageous but optional
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines
