Contract Project Manager – AI Claim Lodgement

Shape and deliver a flagship, customer-facing AI initiative for a leading insurance provider. Fresh out of the discovery phase, this high-profile project will redefine the claims experience and launch the first phase of a broader 5-year digital transformation journey.

What You’ll Do

• Mobilize & Lead: Set up and drive programme delivery from day one, backed by strong Executive and Board support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Digital CX, the AI Centre of Excellence, Claims, Tech, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to embed responsible AI practices.
• Delivery Discipline: Own Jira boards, RAID logs, metrics, and progress tracking across multiple integrated delivery streams.
• Governance & Reporting: Facilitate showcases, steering forums, and produce polished executive-level reporting.
• Ways of Working: Build alignment, structure, and momentum across teams with differing priorities.

• Experience: Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale Agile or hybrid programmes.
• Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Jira, workflow design, and delivery analytics.
• Governance & Influence: Strong stakeholder management, ability to challenge constructively, and exceptional executive communication skills.
• Mindset: Calm, structured approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.
• AI Tooling: Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to enhance project delivery is highly regarded.
