Penny Eglinton

Penny is originally from London and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Risk & Compliance space, having spent 11 years working as a professional in this area. Her expertise also stretches across the Financial Services sector, where she recruits within the Accounting & Finance space. Penny has worked in a ‘Big 4’ Australian bank, a ‘Big 4’ consultancy firm, built her own Risk & Compliance functions and teams, and served as a board member for a London insurance managing agency.

Her move to recruitment was a simple decision as she enjoys building relationships, getting to know people, understanding their needs and solving their problems. Penny believes recruitment is like matchmaking and loves that she can apply her industry experience to do this.

Travel is definitely one of Penny’s passions, having been to 60 countries and counting! Fair to say, for any travel tips, Penny is your go-to! Aside from travel, she always has something on the go, whether it’s baking, hiking or paddle boarding.
