About the Role

Based in Auckland CBD, this senior opportunity offers leadership across high-profile restructuring, insolvency, and corporate finance engagements. You will manage complex assignments end-to-end, advise clients through periods of change and uncertainty, and play a key role in developing people, relationships, and the broader advisory practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage restructuring and formal insolvency engagements
• Deliver high-quality financial analysis, modelling, and valuation insights
• Oversee staff, stakeholders, and workstreams across complex assignments
• Support corporate finance, M&A, and independent review engagements
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to market and network growth

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

• 4 years’ experience in restructuring, insolvency, or corporate advisory
• Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or law
• CA or CFA qualification or equivalent 
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis skills
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop junior staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, commercially astute, and personable
• Confident managing senior stakeholders in complex environments
