Senior Talent Manager – Technology & Transformation

We work with organisations shaping the future of banking, insurance, government, energy, health and enterprise technology. Helping them find the people who deliver some of the country’s most important transformation programmes.

As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Talent Manager to become a key part of that success.

You’ll own the talent relationships, through strategic and energetic sourcing, uncovering exceptional candidates as well as working with our existing talent to identify their next opportunity. 

What you’ll do

• Source and engage technology professionals across delivery and technology
• Build and maintain deep talent pools and establish credible market insight.
• Support Consultants on the management of recruitment processes from briefing through to placement, and initial aftercare.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for every candidate you work with.
• Become recognised as a trusted expert within your technology market.

About you

You’ll come from technology and or transformation recruitment, ideally from agency on a contract desk and enjoy the challenge and pace of finding great people in competitive markets. 

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 3 years previous recruitment experience
• Understands the technology and transformation landscape and is naturally curious.
• Builds authentic, long-term relationships.
• Is organised, proactive and enjoys working at pace.
• Takes ownership and follows through on commitments.
• Thrives in a collaborative, high-performing team.
