The company has dynamic growth plans and is hiring to support that growth. With an extensive network of branches across New Zealand, this role will be located in their Ellerslie office.

About the role:

In this role, you will work closely with the team to maintain critical administrative tasks related to shareholding, supplier relations, legal compliance, and banking. You will also support the Financial Controller (FC) with managing the Group’s transactional banking requirements, ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations. 
  • Complete daily banking administration tasks for the Group, including access rights, changes of signatories, opening and closing accounts, merchant services, credit card facility and other maintenance as needed
  • Maintain all banking documentation for the Group
  • Maintain a log of all reporting and financial covenants 
  • Completion of new vendor application forms for the group
  • Collate and update vendor details as needed.

So who are you, and what is your profile?
  
We are looking for someone with prior experience managing finance data systems, with high attention to detail and accuracy. You must be a confident communicator as you will be liaising with multiple stakeholders.
  • Data entry and administration experience
  • Experience in dealing with banking matters
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Detail-oriented – able to complete tasks with high accuracy levels.
  • Highly results-driven and performance-orientated
  • Champion of best practice and process improvement
  • Intermediate experience with Excel, and fast, accurate typing skills.
