About the Role

Lead financial planning and analysis across a complex national group to drive profitability. This high-impact role offers significant commercial influence, you will own the numbers, partner with executive leadership, and support treasury operations. This position offers clear career progression opportunities as part of a high performing team.

Key Responsibilities will include the following:

• Lead annual budget processes and partner with ELT on business plans.
• Deliver quarterly forecasts and insights to the Board and lead investors.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth and cost performance improvements across all regions.
• Partner with regional managers to optimize costs and highlight profit opportunities.
• Implement system and process improvements using Adaptive Insights for reporting.

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

You are a CA/CPA qualified finance professional with a sophisticated understanding of reporting, budgeting and forecasting. You possess the expert analytical skills required to manage large datasets and translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for Board-level stakeholders.

Strong financial modelling skills are essential to the success of this role. A natural communicator, you build high-trust relationships with executive and clinical leaders alike to influence commercial outcomes. You are highly proficient in modern ERP systems and forecasting tools, specifically Adaptive Insights, and bring a resilient, problem-solving mindset to a high-performing environment. Above all, you are a collaborative team player who thrives on driving process improvement and strategic growth.
