Apple Systems Engineer

About the Role:
This permanent role delivers technical project execution and client environment support. You will manage cross-platform systems, deploy Apple device management solutions, and maintain cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain Jamf Pro environments and deployment policies.
- Execute zero-touch deployments using Apple Business Manager.
- Administer Microsoft 365 tenants, Intune policies, and identity access.
- Resolve escalated technical tickets and maintain current client notes.
- Write technical documentation, runbooks, and handover guides.
So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?
- Hands-on knowledge of macOS, iOS, Jamf Pro, and MDM frameworks.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID.
- Capability to write technical documentation and runbooks clearly.
- Holds a full New Zealand driver licence.
- Strong ownership mindset with clear technical communication skills.
