What this year’s Awards highlighted
The 2026 Awards reflected a wider theme emerging through the Best Places to Work™ Employee Experience Survey results: what distinguishes stronger workplace experiences often comes down to what people experience day to day. That includes whether organisational values are reflected in decisions, whether employee feedback leads to action, and whether people feel supported and equipped as their work changes. The Awards begin with confidential employee feedback. Eligible organisations then provide evidence of the workplace practices behind that experience, which is assessed through an independent judging process. Together, those perspectives help recognise both what organisations are doing and how their people experience it.
