A born and bred sassy Kiwi lady, Jonelle is originally from rural Taupaki and decided just after uni that she will travel the world a bit first before settling down. And travel she did – she’s been to more than 20 countries!
She first forayed into Australia where she lived in Queensland for a few years and then decided to pack her bags and head for The Big Smoke, London, where she worked hard on her recruiter skills.
After returning to Kiwiland Jonelle did a lot of research to find a truly specialist agency that has a reputation for treating all of their customers with respect and integrity.
After meeting agencies, Jonelle realised that in Consult she knew she had found an agency that ticked all the boxes. Jonelle is a Talent Advisor who specialises in Permanent Recruitment.
Jonelle likes to spend her downtime listening to an eclectic collection of music, going to gigs and to the beach like any true Kiwi.
Consultants at Consult are caring helpful and professional.
The consultants I met and have spoken to on the phone listen and show interest in you as a person. They have given me help when I have interviewed for another position not through them.
I dealt with Jonelle at the Takapuna office and she was so friendly and encouraging, it really put me at ease during my interview.
Consult not only found me the perfect fit (in record timing) but they made the entire process easy and joyful, constantly seeing where I was at with my thoughts and feelings - even sending me a welcome pack once I'd got the job! It was all done professionally yet I feel like I could go for a drink with Jonelle (or any Consult-er) after work.
Jonelle was very friendly and the interview process was easy and comfortable to me.
Easy going team with individual very friendly and easy to deal with.
Had an awesome experience, and we always like to refer other businesses when we have had great service ourselves. Jonelle and Consult were able to take the stress out of finding our next person. The whole process was easy and their helpful suggestions along the way were invaluable.
