Senior Product Lead

Seeking an experienced Senior Product Lead to define the operational rhythm of a newly formed integration and front-end development squad.
As they navigate through this transformation, your role as a Senior Product Lead will be crucial in ensuring the squad is positioned for success. Experience in leading a development squad is paramount as you'll be expected to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

• Backlog Management: Prioritise and refine the product backlog to ensure the team focuses on high-impact initiatives.
• Agile Leadership: Maintain and enhance Agile practices within the squad, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, refinement, etc., to ensure efficient and effective development cycles.
• Stakeholder Communications: Act as the primary liaison between the development squad and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of the product vision, progress, and challenges.
• Strategic Planning: Support the Product Manager in defining the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a cross-functional team, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement

Key Experience and Expertise Required:

• Enterprise-level experience, ideally from banking or finservices
• Technical Business Analyst Experience
• Strong and proactive collaboration skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders and presenting meaningful insights.
• Ability to lead and drive a team, empowering team members to seamlessly transition from vision to delivery.
• Strategic thinking coupled with attention to detail to navigate business and technology complexities effectively.
• Effective communication skills with engineers and architects to facilitate the creation of feature delivery and associated success criteria.
• Understanding of DevSecOps processes and tooling.
• Solid grasp of user-research techniques, ideally using the Jobs-To-Be-Done framework.
